Frances is an organisational psychologist and behavioural scientist based in Geneva, Switzerland. She specialises in workplace culture transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement, using behavioural science to drive meaningful, lasting change.


With experience across private consulting, the public sector, and international organisations, Frances has led behaviour change initiatives for the World Economic Forum, the Behavioural Insights Team, and the Australian Federal Government. Her work has shaped HR strategies, leadership programs, and workplace culture through data-driven insights, behavioural nudges, and large-scale research projects.


Frances began her career as a social worker before transitioning into organisational psychology, bringing a deep understanding of human behaviour and systemic change. She holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology (Distinction) from the University of London, a Master of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Psychology.
