Lizzie Antoniou

Lizzie is an Occupational Psychologist based in Geneva, Switzerland, specialising in assessments, organisational culture, talent management, change management, and employee engagement. She leverages evidence-based approaches to design and deliver impactful solutions that drive performance and lasting change.
With experience across people consulting and in-house HR and talent roles, Lizzie has supported a diverse range of organisations globally, delivering end-to-end solutions that have helped shape HR strategies, workplace culture and leadership programmes, improve employee engagement and team performance, and support career development. She is committed to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion principles throughout her work.
Lizzie holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc (Distinction) in Organisational Psychology. She is a Chartered Member and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) Division of Occupational Psychology, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and certified in coaching, PROSCI change management, and agile HR project management. Additionally, she is a Registered Qualified Test User (RQTU), trained in personality assessments including OPQ, NEO, and Hogan.
